Kelsey Crowe
PhD
Kelsey is the founder of Empathy Bootcamp. Kelsey earned her PhD in social science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has done extensive research on empathy. Many of her research findings can be found in her bestselling book, “There is No Good Card for This.”

Lambers Fisher
LMFT, MDiv
Lambers is an Empathy Bootcamp trainer. Lambers is also a family therapist and author of the book “Diversity in Clinical Practice: A Practical & Shame-Free Guide to Reducing Cultural Offenses & Repairing Cross-Cultural Relationships.” Cultivating empathy in all relationships we encounter is one of Lamber’s passions.

Dr. Juli Fraga
Psy.D.
Juli is the co-founder of Empathy Bootcamp. Juli is a psychologist and writer, as well as an assistant clinical professor at the University of California, San Francisco. As a depth-oriented psychologist, she has a deep interest in educating people about the healing powers of empathy.

Meredith Landis
MA
Meredith is an Empathy Bootcamp trainer. She earned her MA in teaching from Teachers College Columbia University. As an educator, she’s passionate about integrating empathy in the workplace.

Colter Ray
PhD
Colter is an Empathy Bootcamp Master trainer. Colter is also an assistant professor of Communication at Louisiana State University. As an empathy researcher, Colter has years of experience studying how to help people connect with others in times of suffering.

Celeste Tahamont
MA
Celeste is an Empathy Bootcamp trainer. Celeste received her Ed.M. in gender and education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. After spending five years in education, she transitioned to managing programs at Google.
LEARNING DESIGN

Ben Barr
PhD
Ben is an Empathy Bootcamp course developer, bringing various professional perspectives on our empathy curriculum. He received his Phd in Social Work from The University of California, and teaches social work at California State University. Formerly, he founded and for several years directed the Rainbow Center for Contra Costa for LGBTQ+ youth and families.

Anushka Ghoush
MA
Anushka designs our workbooks and reflective experiences. She has her masters in education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education with a specialization in Adult Learning, with a particular passion for understanding the relationship between cognition and emotions.
CREATIVE DRIVE

Janine Byrne
Janine Byrne's twenty-five years as a graphic designer has taken her from London to Amsterdam to Portland, Oregon. Her past role with Wieden+Kennedy, has included large organizations like Nike, Sony and Facebook. She now focuses on small agencies through her own business North Corner Design, LLC.
